What brought you to LA?
Simply put, I married an American. Born and raised as a first generation Canadian, Toronto is and will always be home. When I met my husband, after we got married we planned an epic vacation in 2012 to LA and never left. Now, 12 years later with a house and two children, LA has become home and we are so grateful for the adventure of a life it has taken us on.

Tell us about the events you plan?
We live and breathe events! I started off at Flare Magazine in Canada after I graduated university with their event’s team and stayed for a decade. The rest is history. Today, we specialize in both corporate events (think luxurious retreats and specialty brand/entertainment launches) to life’s most memorable moments (high-end weddings, milestone anniversaries, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs and epic birthday celebrations). We love to be a part of both! My kids think life is a party and I love that.

What is your secret sauce to organizing the perfect event?
The details are EVERYTHING! You should walk into an event and know exactly why you are there. Whether that’s about a milestone celebration and it speaks to the special individual or couple, or a corporate launch that needs to stay tried and true to the brand, the details are what sets it apart from every other event. And, as I was told when I first started in events at 20 - the first 5 minutes of any event sets the tone for the evening. Every guest should feel like a VIP from the moment they arrive.

What's next for you?
Our hearts are both in Canada and the US. 2025 will hopefully continue to bring a bit of both! We have been non-stop go for years now, so I personally am looking forward to a summer in Canada with my family and back in LA for the fall when school starts for my children as they are thriving personally. My priority is and will always be family first and business second. We have been so lucky that it always seems to fall into place.
