Dylan Robinson is a sophomore at Marlborough School, where she and her sister Chloe founded a Canadian Student Club. Their mission, to connect and teach fellow students more about their neighbours to the north. This month, Dylan and her club will be participating in the Terry Fox. The two of them go way back. Loulou and François both grew up in east Montreal, which is where they met 45 years ago. While François built a career in software sales, music has been his passion since high school. His work eventually brought the couple to Atlanta in 1999, where they raised their family, before they made their way to Southern California in 2016. 

Amanda Kasmira "Kazzy" Cryer is an award-winning filmmaker, impact content creator, global ambassador, and keynote speaker. With over two decades in the film industry and fifteen years in social impact, she works at the intersection of storytelling and systems change. She serves as Chief Global Ambassador for GetBundi, an organization bringing STEM education to marginalized children — especially girls, internally displaced students, and disabled youth — across Africa. She also sits on advisory councils for the National Incarceration Association (NIA) and the Global Youth Forum, and serves as an impact advisor for Footboz.

Ani Kevork's path from Canada to Hollywood was anything but linear. What began as a commerce degree evolved into a global journey — from teaching abroad to working her way up through production, learning the craft from the ground up. That foundation, combined with a willingness to pivot and take risks, ultimately led her to senior leadership.

This March, we’re proud to feature Chloë Bellande, a Montreal-born post-production professional making her mark in Los Angeles. In an industry where women remain underrepresented in leadership roles, Chloë has risen through the ranks, shaping high-end scripted series for Netflix, HBO Max, and Prime Video with precision and storytelling expertise. Beyond her editorial work, she mentors the next generation of post-production professionals through the Warner Bros. training program, inspiring new voices to thrive behind the scenes of film and television.

In a world that often feels rushed and divided, Dom’s Taverna in Santa Barbara offers something quietly radical: warmth, generosity, and genuine connection. Under Raj Nallapothola’s thoughtful leadership, Dom’s has become more than a restaurant — it’s a neighborhood living room, where meals turn into memories and strangers become friends.

Raj’s journey from medical technology to hospitality was guided by a deeper calling to be of service — shaped by childhood meals, global travel, and a belief that feeding people is one of the most human acts there is. A proud Canadian entrepreneur, he brings with him values many of us recognize: humility, collaboration, and leading by listening.
